THE PROBLEM
“A luxury handbag retailer wants to show 200 color and material variations without physical inventory on display. Problem: showing 200 bags requires massive space and constant restocking. Solution: rear-projected surface where one physical sample bag is placed in front. The rear-projection cycles through all 200 available colorways and materials applied to that same style. The customer sees the exact bag they want in the exact color they want without physical production. They order knowing exactly what they're getting. Zero waste. Infinite inventory visualization.”

THE QUESTION
“Can one physical sample represent infinite variations? Can rear-projection eliminate inventory waste?”
