THE PROBLEM

“A luxury real estate developer has a $100M penthouse but it's empty. Buyers struggle to imagine furniture, scale, lifestyle. Problem: virtual tours don't feel real. Physical staging is expensive. Solution: rear-projected surface in a key room (master bedroom, living room, etc.). A 3D-printed scale model of furniture (bed, sofa, table) is placed in front of the rear-projection. The wall shows the full-scale, photorealistic room with that furniture in it. The buyer sees the penthouse furnished through the scale model. They understand space, scale, and lifestyle immediately. They buy.”

REVENUE MODEL

$25K–50K per property. 5,000+ luxury properties annually.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Material allowing 3D-printed furniture perfect focus while rear-projection creates photorealistic full-scale environmental context. Brain scales model up. Buyer perceives full-size furniture in full-size space.

MARKET

Luxury real estate development, high-end property sales, architectural visualization, real estate investment firms.

THE QUESTION

“Can a scale model furniture display sell $100M properties? Can rear-projection collapse the visualization gap?”
